I was so grateful to find this apartment available after we realised at the last minute that there was a mix-up with the dates attending the Robbie concert. It met all our needs, a large king bed in the main room which also had settee and TV. Smaller bedroom with 2 singles, large bathroom with huge bath and shower. Kitchenette in corridor/galley leading to main room. View over marine parade, beach and sea, from main room.

The Nautilus is our absolute preferred accommodation in Napier - they have the most welcoming, caring hosts (who always have treats for my kids!), and the rooms are the best I have experienced: an extra pull-out double bed in the lounge (in addition to the queen and 2 x singles) if needed, a huge tv, and in the beautiful bathroom the largest indoor spa bath I have ever seen (which the kids go absolutely nuts over). Is also right across the road from the best park for kids in Napier, or a romantic stroll along the beach for adults. Also lots of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend for families!

The view was great and location is very central. Room is a little tired but clean and comfortable. Price was great and value for money. Would book again when next in Napier. We left a pillow in the room by mistake and when I called the staff member- Sarah was very helpful in arranging the return of this pillow

The room was great, overlooking the ocean and a well equipped kitchen for our needs. Easy walk into town down marine parade while enjoying the view.

Beautiful stay, room was immaculate, bathroom and spa bath was amazing. Location close to town, eateries and local store. View to the beach was on point.

Host were fabulous very helpful. When I explained my husband not a well man we would prefer bottom floor instead the 3rd floor the receptionist looked to see if any rooms was available without me asking but unfortunately there wasn't. It the thought that counted. Room was spectacular even tho our room faced the side street we still enjoyed the view. Breakfast was delicious & arrived at the scheduled time.

This booking was very good for location, comfort and cleanliness. The view from the balcony was superb thanks. We enjoyed a flavoursome dinner from the in house restaurant. Well done chef and wait staff.

Perfect Location with great views of the sea. Loved the big spa bath, so relaxing. Big screen tv with options to sign into Netflix etc. Nice comfortable bed

Great motel with friendly staff in a perfect location for exploring Napier. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen area was well equipped. We had a suite that contained a jacuzzi bath, which was massive, that overlooked the beach. It is a short walk into Napier Town centre; beach across the road; excellent restaurants nearby.
